I wasted a f*ckton of bank on doing this because I'm impatient, any player could have unlocked this for free if they waited and stole supplies for their research team.

 

Simple poll, I wanna know how many of you threw your money in the bin to get the things faster.

It was either dropping 9 million on those or wait about 200 hours...Not good.

I do want the thermal scope, but not sure I can be bothered losing all that money.

Player for hours on release, unlocked one upgrade. Played a few hours today unlocked over 38-39ish....fast tracking is great. But why so many useless liveries, oh yeah, shark cards.

I rushed until the dual miniguns for the Tampa because it's very, very useful for running missions. Everything else can just take the slow path.

I wait em down out to unlock. I play regularly so it gives me something to do while grinding. I do fast track the liveries tho since most are worthless imo. The mods are worth the wait tho imo. Plus 225k just to get a new scope a lil quicker for my guns that will cost 40k is crazy imo.

Currently fast tracking to get the rocket bike missiles, heavy armor for the Tampa, and thermal scope. After that, I'm sticking to gun production.

Apart from the explosive ammo for the sniper, the rest aren't too good. I mean they are good, but there's barely any ammo for them, it's a complete hassle in a big battle. I ran out of ammo today and got totally f*cked because I couldn't make it back to my MoC to get more.

 

I don't care for the thermal scope either, wayyyy too little zoom.

Fast tracked most of my upgrades (missiles for jet bike, NV scope, heavy barrel for heavy sniper mk II, quad 20mm cannons for halftrack, MOC turrets.) Fast tracked some of the liveries/camos just to get to the juicier heavy sniper ammo a bit quicker.

Yep, I too am $10m poorer than I could have been but it's all worth it. I love my heavy sniper Mk II with thermal scope. My Oppressor with rockets can take out a Hydra - again I love it . . . It's small price to pay considering the length of time these unlocks would have taken.

 

If you had it of course. I feel for those that didn't accumulate enough. In fact I feel for me now because I spent such a chunk.

Some people think it stays at $225k to fast track. If you wait an hour the green bar moves enough to fast track it for 100k. That's a 5 mil difference. You can average 400-500k an hour delivering cars and doing some VIP work. I've been padding my depleted account and fast tracking once an hour. I'm making more than I spend and I'll have everything unlocked in due time. I may pay the full price if something I know I'll use pops up but when it's liveries I can't pay quarter of a mil for those
