Just base vehicle options that all poorly customizable vehicles have such as armour, engine, transmission, respray(it seems that all colours are unlocked for it even if you haven't met the requirements to unlock certain colours yet, including metals), etc. You can't change the wheels or tire design, but can add bulletproof tires and coloured smoke. The armour is really insane... why doesn't the phatom wedge has it ? A dozen of cars VS a couple of explosions . I really like this thing... good for haulage as well . It's my 2nd favourite vehicle in the game after the insurgent atm. Glad I bought it. No regrets. Now I just gotta do research and get those darn rear turrets for my moc trailer.
