If it was Rockstar that stepped in and told Take-Two to chill with the C&D, don't going worshipping them or something. They most likely wouldn't have done this if the gaming press wasn't all over it and the Steam reviews weren't a nuclear hazard zone.

 

The most credit they get is being able to do the right thing when when held by gunpoint.

Hooray! It looks like everything's looking up for OpenIV without the Liberty City project part.

 

I just hope that Rockstar make official GTA IV and RDR remasters built off the GTA V version (or newer) RAGE engine, and then we can mod it on PC within their guidelines.

I was on mobile i just saw you're french too. I'll just keep speaking english so the other people still understand what we say.I agree with you most french people who play gta v are kids on ps3 and the other thinks open iv is for cheaters thats sad.

Yes, I got an update when starting up OpenIV, it removed the legal message along with the options to Uninstall Now/Uninstall Later

Already what the news say and the update of the OpenIV would be confirmed, only remains that good confirms it in an official way.

The update itself is fine, does nothing except remove the uninstall message, which is a good sign.
