So what still works?

Far as I see.

 

- Solo Lobby (Playlist Reset): Patched.

- Solo Lobby (Date Change): Patched.

- Money Exploit (Cocaine Business): Patched.

 

I've seen some players on here saying the MTU still works far as solo lobbies go. Does Pac Standard still work or have they found a way to patch that as well?

 

 

I expected money methods would get patched as that's cheating the game. But it's really starting to irk me how Rockstar is pushing this public lobby bullsh*t.

 

 

They should allow everything to be done in private sessions. Hell make it so if you pick a private session, the ai difficult is ramped up a lot while if you go public you have a much easier core game (little to no ai to damage your Export/Cargo), but you have to contend with the obvious treat of other players.

 

 

But oh well, it's obvious R* wants this game to be one gigantic death match and are giving the middle finger to anyone who just wants to play and enjoy the content in peace. CEO with the crate system started a terrible, terrible trend.

 

 

Well regardless, back to patches. What does and does not work atm?

I'm on PS4... Switching Session is still possible. It took me 5 tries to get a solo public session

I agree ... Playing is solo sessions is peaceful . I'm very disappointed by them patching solo sessions.

Yesterday the MTU 700 setting was working for the first part of the day.. then last night it just kept giving me the "timed out loading session" message. Changed MTU to 800 and that fixed it.

 

Been stealing supplies, doing research, and I/E.. no death, no bs, just unlocking stuff and getting some money back in peace.

The thing bothering me is that they treat it like cheating. I could understand this point of view IF this game would not be utterly broken for as far as cheating is concerned for as long as it exists.

 

Besides even from the business point of view it is a dumb move, because as I have read on these forums, there are so many players, including myself, who will just stop playing as soon as playing solo becomes impossible. It is as if you're pissing in milk you're trying to sell. We liked your milk, we do not like the piss that was added, nor will we continue buying the piss invested milk. We will simply look for other milk.
