LF competent heist crew/friends for hangout (PS4)

Looking for some competent folk to run heists, make money and hang out with, I'm tired of trying to carry clueless random lobbies. I'm age 29, playing off/on since day 1 and like to just hang out, cruise, explore, stunt or battle cops, less pvp - if you're the kind of person who can run a heist and then calmly walk away from the group and not go homicidal then we should definitely kick it. I have a mic but usually play without, not a big talker; I excel at driving and flying and prefer those roles wherever possible (prison break/humane labs are faves). Fellow car and plane enthusiasts would be cool too.
