While it's nice that Jets are finally being taken down a peg I can't help but feel the addition of explosive ammo on a long range, highly accurate, hit scan weapon was a bridge too far. It seems to me it would have been better just to take away their explosive cannons and be done with it. Time will tell what the effects on the meta game will be. Unless you're nearby a mission, you won't be able to keep up with a moving target. I mean, sh*t, I do all my sales in solo lobbies just because there is a chance a level 10 with a basic pistol could be taking potshots at me. And I'm not risking that. So they could introduce an explosive minigun and I wouldn't care. At least the jetsh*tters are going to suffer until they adapt and switch to explosive snipers. Deal with it. You couldn't buy it, you had to go to Zancudo to get it, and which was so much fun to fly due to its maneuverability. The Hydra was a pain in the ass because you could spawn it endlessly on the city, and people used to go nuts on Pegasus. As soon as i saw the new vehicles and the explosive ammo i though damn it's going to be fun killing some jets. But then i picked up a Lazer... They totally ruined it! Anyway, just wait a couple of weeks and this forum will be stuffed with stupid f*cks crying on how people easily kills them with explosive rounds, APCs, Tampas and so on. They are nothing if not determined to be successful at their chosen art. Just off the top of my head, a good griefer will dive bomb straight down on their target, then quickly pull up and remain over their target - out of range of the sniper. Of course if there are a few people in the vicinity with explosive rounds, this tactic will not really work, without some continuous evasive flying.
