What's your strategy for it? I was thinking about buying an office to start I\E while my MC businesses turn supplies into product.

You need the CEO office, and a vehicle warehouse, can only get that from the securoserv computer in the office

 

I use the cargobob for collecting and delivering the cars, collection is random for ability to just hook up and go, more often than not, have to land the CB in an open space, steal the car, then drive it up behind the CB

 

Get a vehicle warehouse with decent access, the cheapest one is useless,far too many players have that one, and simply wait for cars and pick off the driver to steal the car, plus, there is no room to land the CB

 

If you fill the vehicle warehouse to 32 cars, not the 40 maximum, sell a top range car, the next steal will be the same car as you have just sold, this way, you only sell and source top range cars

 

With practice with the CB, you can collect and deliver the cars with little to no damage

 

Stealing a car and delivering a car with no damage will clear you $80,000

 

You should comfortable be able to sell 3 cars per hour

 

I sell the dubsta 2 every 3rd special car sale, netting me up to $263,250 every hour, providing no damage

 

The other thing with using the CB for delivering, is the npc attackers come along, they can't shoot you, and, if they do, they hit the CB, not the car

 

Whilst doing this, I did not have the gunrunning or any MC businesses going, gunrunning wasn't out, and, currently, I don't own any MC businesses

 

Prior to doing this, the best I earned was just over $1,000,000 in a full day, that was by doing missions all day, with the dubsta 2 sales every hour

 

The dubsta 2 will sell for $23,250

 

If you do not currently own the office or warehouse, it is costly to get started

 

My office and the warehouse I now have, cost nearly $3,500,000, then there is the cost of the cargobob, I bought it the other week when it was on offer, saved 1.2 million on it

 

And, it takes time, a lot of it, to get the warehouse to 32 cars

The cheapest office is 1 million

 

You can earn more money doing CEO work, such as, Executive Search, if successful, you get 25,000 for 10 minutes

 

If you are wanting the serious money from the i/E, you may as well get the office now
