Speaking of police, at the Boilingbroke Prison, the officers on the rooftops all have snipers. Also shooting a cop in the leg sometimes makes their partner drag them to safety. After you hook up with Ursela, if you hang up on her while trying to make plans, she sends a text saying "FYI, I don't like being hang up."
