AUScowboy
Glad I was wrong! At least this tub is raceable. Hey, obvious question probably, but changing the engine block from stock/V12/V8 doesn't change any engine or exhaust sounds, right?

I'm going for that V12. AUScowboy
th3d0rkkn1ght
Just registered to make this post, but I did a quick test on Cutting Coroners and the first lap I got was 1:00. Second and third came around 0:57 and 0:56 respectively. Keep in mind that this is coming from someone who hardly races and I didn't have the best racing lines. So for those who are interested in it's racing/performance ability, I think we have the new king. Also helps that it looks and sounds pretty nice. Yup, just did 8laps in broughy1322's cutting corner track, XA21 can reach under 1:04:xx lap time casually, insane Edited August 15, 2017 by ripsta

septimoose
I've just taken it on its inaugural race against T20s, Vagners, X80s, Tempestas and Nero Customs and it won comfortably. I don't think it's a gamebreaker from a racing perspective, but I think it's got great handling - it reminds me of what you'd expect from a T20
AUScowboy
The lit AC vents are such a cool touch. I don't care if this thing is competitive really, more impressed by R* actually displaying this level of craftsmanship... ripsta and Thomas The Dank Engine

AUScowboy
I went with stone silver w/silver pearl and garnet red for secondary and trim. Was able to very accurately replicate a picture of the XA21's inspiration i saw on google images. Between the grille, exhast, and Rockstar's fairly faithful design I was able to closely replicate the look i was going for. Again, amazing craftsmanship compared to R*s usual capability, performance aside this car is very well made. If it performs even an eighth as good as it looks, it should be near top of class. We'll find out by tomorrow Edited August 15, 2017 by AUScowboy

ALifeOfMisery
Love this car so much. Wish I'd read this thread before paying to see if the v8 and v12 had different engine notes. Went with the Firesand orange from the Kustom crew color request thread. The customization and sound are awesome. Cars like this are the reason players complain when R* churn out the usual crap, because they are capable of producing cars like the XA21. AUScowboy
The Penetrator isn't broken, the XJ220 has the same design. Don't know if it's a nod to that, or a mistake on the XA21. This baby being so perfect makes up a bit for the Ardent failure, it will definitely be in my stable for keeps. Grotti.Collector
Will anyone be actually buying this car? Design wise it does nothing for me. I'm interested to see. I take it all back, I bought the car out of pure curiosity and I am honestly blown away. From the moment I turned the key I knew this was going to be something special. I turned onto the main road and as soon as I hit the gas my jaw hit the ground. It erupted into a symphony of sound that I never thought I would hear playing GTAO. I let off the gas and let her coast to a red light I couldn't believe my ears, the splutter of that V12 as it came to a stop was incredible. I take my hat off the the design team that created this monster. I seriously hope whoever designed and configured the options of this car continues to take pole position on future car designs and gets a few extra days holiday at the end of the year because he/she has honestly earned it. Hopefully we see many more glorious creations coming from R* in the coming months. The future is bright!
