As an example - if you buy a Medium Warehouse for, say $1 million, how do you expect to be able to "swap" that for one that costs $2 million?

It's something called equity, it's that option that pops up if you want to buy another property and it asks if you want to replace the old with the new and takes what the old property is worth and applies it in a sort of discount to the new property.

 

So yeah they do do that just not in this instance.
