chronic lumbago
I'm on PS4. This wasn't a game breaking glitch, it was rather hillarious to see sandman scretching his arms lol. Glitches like that happen, they're even funny and I didn't want to sound like I'm complaining
Cosmic Gypsy
Another thing that annoys me about Phylakes, i can take them on pretty easily now, I'm level 40 with good equipment, but sometimes i start a fight with one of them, having a fair 1 on 1 and all of a sudden 6 level 38 soldiers come riding round the corner on a camel. It happens during some missions also, like maaan, just go away making my life annoying taking shots at me from afar on a camel running away when i try approach, I'm trying to do something, jeesh. jpm1
downloading a pretty big patch right now ~390Mo. have no clue of what it is. hope it's bug fixing. phylakes are very easy to kill. i killed some that were +4 levels than me (except ones with bows). just attack them when they are on foot with a horse. then play mouse/cat with them. and yeah better avoid crowed roads Edited November 22, 2017 by jpm1

jpm1
downloaded gods trial yesterday. this is something new edit: according to the forums, it looks like an optimization patch Edited November 22, 2017 by jpm1

jpm1
yeah but game seems bit smoother too. could be more content too. because at last 2 horses shops i visited i bought 2 legendary dromedaries. that i never saw before that girl tried to invite me to her home during the whole mission. i really don't know why, as i have a woman already stopped in that salt mine to rest a bit edit: Edited November 23, 2017 by jpm1 MrBellicLC, chronic lumbago and HaRdSTyLe_83
Fireman
Are there any cursed bows? I really want to maximize my cursed status, I got a spear and a sword, just want two bows now.
chronic lumbago
Wait, so do cursed weapon effect stack? With two cursed melee weapons, do you have 1/6 health and 4x damage? I've been using cursed weapons in my level 20-30 times or so. I was too overpowered and the health debuff made things more interesting. The game got a bit more challenging with level 35+ enemies, huge fortresses ect and I just stick to my other lvl40 legendaries. But to answer your question, I don't think there are cursed bows. Haven't come across any in my 90+ hours. -- So yeah, I'm reaching the endgame now. Exploring the northwestern regions, didn't think the beauty of the forests and mountains would amaze me that much. The architecture feels fresh compared tk anything I've came across so far too but won't spoil anything. Still have a few regions in other corners of the map left to explore but I'll leave it for after the main story, unless the game takes me there. I have 3-4 main quests left. I continue taking my sweet time. Can't believe I've been playing this for a month now and still haven't completed it. It's a game I will sure as hell return to. Fireman
No, cursed don't stack, but if you have one cursed weapon equipped you lose your health anyway yet don't get a damage boost on your secondary weapon. So it's better to have two cursed weapons for most damage output on both weapons.
jpm1
a phylax gives you a very powerful predator bow. can't remember, but i think it's last phylax. from a good spot, you can storm a little or medium fort without even moving. only cursed bow i remember is a phylax fire bow. been roaming karanis, just walking around, you know. and the level of detail was just amazing. especially with the peds behavior. it seems, every little location has its own scenario(s). i was petting a cat. then i stood up and watched at a sexy roman. the cat was following me. then a little girl, came in running. an older man looked at her, then suddenly the little girl looked at him and while running said hello to him with the arm. it was just mind blowing. then i went into a small street, a dude was looking around, and the cats were looking at him. got a little farer, and there was a man doing a kind of street concert. just stayed there and listened to him. it was amazing. all this into a rather small town. here are the pics (you can see the cat behind ^^) this was nearby the improvised concert. the girl is smiling like if she was happy. and a fisherman nearby catched a fish, and put it into his bucket Edited November 24, 2017 by jpm1

darthYENIK
Vignettes are an excellent tool. You just need to learn to use it in moderation. Its good to cut the brightness of backgrounds, which gives a depth to the image. Pretty much every picture Ive posted here has a vignette. I just usually dont turn it up 100%. Fireman
I finished the Trial today as 38 and picked off the last Phylactes, I'm afraid I'll only have sidequests left of low levels once I hit 40 Edited November 25, 2017 by Fireman

chronic lumbago
Didn't know about that. I only picked up a few skills from Warrior and maxed out Bow and Seer first. I'm going to finish the story tomorrow. I'm 100 hours in, still need to explore 5 regions, kill the phylakifhs, complete gladiator arenas and finish the races. Then I can close this game for now and return for the trials, updates and dlc. Gonna wait for dlc reviews before blowing cash on the season pass though. I'll definetly replay the game in the future on hard mode. Fingers crossed they're planning a Bayek/Aya trillogy, they f*cking have to. This part of history is far from over in Egypt. chronic lumbago
I just finished it. Loved the last couple of missions so much and can't wait for a sequel. Do it, Ubisoft. You finally set up a potential trilogy in the right way for the first time since Ezio. However, one thing that blew my mind and I didn't expect at all was the assassination of Caesar. I bet all my cards even before this game released that the sequel will be set up in Rome and Caesar will be the final assassination target. Man, I really had my hopes up we'll get a complete game surrounding this plotpoint, building up the brotherhood with Brutus and republicans, maybe even go further north to team up with the germanians to protect them from Rome's strikes. There's so much potential here. I wouldn't mind if the sequel goes back in time to where Aya first arrived in Italy and the game goes from there. There's one picture I've been dying to post here but waited till I complete the game. This was takes from AC II, in Ezio's villa. WARNING: this could potentially spoil how the series continues! At first it didn't make any sence but the ending scene proved me wrong. It actually gave me a flashback to AC2 when I first saw it and ever since I've been waiting for this game. chronic lumbago
I won a f*cking unicorn from heka chests. Haters gonna hate. Hands down best outfit in the game: I'm f*cking dying for a proper NG+ mode. What's the use of getting a cool outfit after almost 100%ing the game? I want to carry my cool sh*t to my next playthrough. Gonna replay it sometime next year or so, not in the upcoming months but soon. I'll still hop in onto the trials and discovery mode, maybe get the dlc when they're good. Edited December 1, 2017 by fashion

BUT THE BENZ
the last AC I really put time in was the one with ENZIO in florence or whatever, somewhere in italy! this looks, simply looks, intriguing. I know most of the AC gameplay is just more of the same and not satisfying at all etc, rinse and repeat missions classic ubisoft style along the way, but this game here, this game right here n*gga?! this looks kinda good enough to have me overlook the very mediocre gameplay. maybe when it's on sale....maybe
