You can have at least 10m to buy a bunker and maybe the MOC but I'd say 20m minimum for an update of this size

No update has had a meaningful job based property that started at more than 2 million. It's not going to be 10.

Didn't say 10m was to cover everything.. pretty sure if you add the upgrades to the bunker as well as the price of the MOC and its upgrades it'll come close to around 10m

I've only got about a million. In GTA terms, I'm flat broke.

nope.

 

will have 75m once i sell these full drug spots, and like usual i will pay whatever makes for the most efficient and cost effective set up.

 

the only difference this time is i have the time to start right away, whereas i generally let all of you guinea pig everything to find out what's best. probably check everything out, but check back here and youtube on how to buy.
