Gunrunning Update confirmed for 13th June - watch the trailer!

My account 1.3 million $. Hope it´s enough to upgrade at least one gun and one new tattoo.

 

I had 33k, I'm terrible at spending all my money upgrading cars and then selling them for a loss haha. I just really enjoy upgrading them and customising them.

 

But now I've gone through my whole garage and sold one's a don't use so that's bumped me up to 6 million. I've got a feeling I'll be buying some shark cards...

First of all I can't wait for people on pc to show us the vehicles that are going to be dripfeed possibly including something for independence day on July 4th. Hopefully there are a lot more vehicles than were shown in the trailer.

 

I wanna know what bugs and glitches they are fixing and things they are changing and what bugs and glitches they are going to have when the update comes out. Second thing is if they said vip, ceo, and mc can all be involved in the update I wonder how it will work and if being one of each already gives you any perks or anything.

 

Its a shame that how rockstar doesn't update the game to fix bugs and glitches from older updates. Also a shame that they have not made any new jobs for older gamemodes like normal races, deathmatches, captures, last team standings, survivals, contact missions, versus missions, and heists. They won't even make normal stunt race tracks anymore. But hey another adversary mode your not asking for will come out instead. Like attacking npcs in missions STILL have solid green cars sometimes. Or how some of the motorcycle businesses are still glitched. Or how the faction still is broken when going over curbs. Or how getting in the modded npc sentinels can still kick you out of it. Or how the cargobob still randomly drops hooked cars for no reason. Or how homing rockets go invisible when someone shoots one at you in a helicopter and you magically blow up. Or how shooting someone with a heavy sniper doesn't take any health away. You get the idea. Fix the game. Most of my friends haven't played gta in over 2 weeks because its been soooooo long without an update or new fun stuff to do. #MakeGTAGreatAgain

 

Oh and wasn't a certain somebody saying that glitches are the reason why things are so overpirced but tried a money glitch on pc themselves and failed and are salty that other players got glitches to work. Oh I remember. No way I forgot that about that. They might pretend to "not remember" but I know that they are considered a "dirty cheater" for attempting to cheat the game like the players that they criticize. That person is directly related to the reason why things are overpriced based on there very own logic. Oh the irony. I think they may have posted on this very page somewhere in the comments after mine. lol

From what i've seen in the trailer and the MOC i don't think the MOC will be 'that' expensive as we think it looks quite empty from the inside i've seen only a couple of computers and people inside. The vehicles will take all the space.

 

 

Edit*: The trailer itself might be like 100k-500k or even 1 mil. Upgrades might cost up: 1. The cannon on the front 2. Upgraded truck that is towing it. 3. Computers and maybe a bed inside so we can spawn in.

if you enjoy customizing cars so much and cant turn a profit, why not invest in I/E? use like 2 mill of your stash and buy a warehouse then start stealing cars, then when you want to sell them, you get the option to go full customization before you sell them, and depending what kind of cars your selling and how many at 1 time, you could seriously make some easy cash

- Carbine MK2 (M4A1) (AR-15)

- Assault Rifle MK2 (AK-47) (Type 56-2)

- Combat MG MK2 (Mk 48)

- Combat Sniper MK2 (M82A3) (M107?)

 

Plus, what seems like an HD-33 sight. Definitely interesting weapons.

While I would agree about the standard Carbine looking more like a generic AR-15, the custom one shown in the Trailer definitely looks like an M4A1.

Well the trailer showed the Savage being blown up with one missile.

 

Don't count with that.

 

As there are different/new types of missiles as well, a buff is still not entirely out of the question.

 

Also, fun fact: 7 helicopters died while recording the Gunrunning Trailer.

I don't know but I really do not think it is a big coincident, that Rockstar so elusively shows off the killing of helicopters.(3 Savages, 3 Buzzards, 1 Cargobob)

These new gloves they're wearing in the trailer and in screens too, I swear that I saw them before while browsing accessories as a part of LST update in clothes shop before I/E dropped, but then I've never seen them.

Ok, This thing looks so cool. Ive got a little bit saved up but I dont know if I will have enough to really enjoy this DLC. Im liking the new masks and cant wait for the weapons customization. Im not sure I like the Heist like structure. Finding people to play with that actually play right is always a headache. But hopefully they pay well. Its going to need to if we expect to buy many of the new toys.

I definetely dont have enough for the high end stuff, probably enough to get set up. So many people on here that want to buy everything & tear through all the new content in a matter of days. Its been like six months, im happy just getting set up & grinding to get the new toys one by one, & even then I wont want everything.

 

This, coming from a guy who only owns two cars (soon to be one) that I drive regularly & a few bikes, so I know i'm in the minority here

 

I expect the new jobs will pay better than I/E, but im also expecting the difficulty ramped up too, especially if the new content is tailored toward group play.. Like you, I struggle finding a like-minded group of players (in my age group, too) so I just lone-wolf it 90% of the time.

 

I cant see the missions being heist-like, despite the vibe the trailer gives off. They may be multi-part like the heist setups, but ultimately will still be buying / selling IMO.

Yeah they're slightly different in design and color (assuming we get more than just the tan color shown).

I too found it interesting that so many air vehicles were being down blowing up, as if it's going to be a one sided fight for land vehicles. But at the same time makes me feel as if they are purposely doing that to make those particular vehicles look weak, so that something new will be made available to take their place.

 

So for the "slow"ones here on the forum, I think he's hinting that new air vehicles may be coming.

Not in this update, no.

Guys stop setting yourselves up for disappointment, if the people who are "in the know" speculate that there's no new aircrafts in this update, they have more confidence on their speculation than us, who knows jack sh*t, and their speculations have more chances of being true than ours.

 

If new aircrafts are planned for this game, they aren't coming in the 13th, maybe drip feed or maybe on a possible "Gun running part 2", but not on the 13th.

 

Your expectations are way too f*cking high.
