Can't drop special cargo in sale

Is this some sort of glitch was trying to sell my full large warehouse (111 crates) and couldn't even drop the special cargo from the titan even when pressing left on the d pad after flying over the drop point. Has this happened to anyone else, I've also recorded gameplay of this happening.

Had this happen once, ended up failing and losing half my cargo.

I only lost 3 crates cause I left the session, I didn't want to lose the whole lot. I have the recording on my Xbox clips.

It's an old glitch that they haven't completely fixed, unfortunately.

 

With the video you can get compensation from Rockstar, but the session-Switch method is the next best plan. Losing three Crates is better than up to 111.

I've had it happen before but I never recorded it but this time I managed to record it. There seems to be quite a few bugs with the titan one.

1- Was the failed drop point very close to the previous one? The time taken for the crates to fall and the counter to tick over has increased a lot.

2- Did you turn around and try the failed drop point again, or did you fly on to the next nearest? I have a theory that you need to try the failed one again, but need a few more examples. Lots of people have reported bugs with air drops.

Most of them were close together and I went over the failed drop points but it still was doing the same, in the end I ended up landing the titan and finding a new session so I didn't loose all my crates,

Yes I did but it was still doing the same thing.

A few days back had a similar problem, not with the titan, but with the brickades (the 15 drops mission). I was not able to make the drops with one of the trucks, would press right on the d-pad and nothing would happen. Changed session and only lost 3 crates.

Make a ticket with R* supportings.

 

This happened to me twice.

 

The last time R* responded to my tkt within 15 minutes, credited me the cost of my small warehouse AND restored all goods in said warehouse.

I have found that most of the sales where you have to go to the airport are glitched. When in the planes, the targets just disappear from the map and you can't complete the sale. I stick to either the trucks or the tugboat sales. if you find that you have to go to the airport just close application. you may lose 3 crates though but it's better than losing half or all of your warehouse.
