How can i extract my XBOX version of gta 3 help

so... i have my own xbox gta 3 version and i want to extract it but problem is i cant there is only VIDEO_TS folder on disc and inside it there are some weird file formats that i dont know how to open/extract i really need help with this please.

Use an Xbox ISO reader to gain access to the actual game portion of the disc, back then the DVD Video section was burned to read first so people couldn't just insert and rip (and to also display a video if the disc was inserted into a PS2 or DVD player).
