How Do I Play With My Friend & Create a Party?

A friend and I have both just purchased GTA V for PC so that we can play online together. We have the Rockstar Social Club version, not the Steam version.

 

Is there any way at all that we can create a party somehow and do jobs together?

 

 

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated as we haven't been able to play together at all yet :/

I am on PS 4, but shouldn't it be similar? Isn't there an invite button, once you're in the setup screen of a mission?

Start a job, invite your friend through the lobby menu, and make the moneys.

You can also join each others sessions through the Friends tab in the pause menu.
