Cutter De Blanc
How come when I'm editing a clip in the Rockstar editor, the explosions won't show up? It makes it difficult to take a proper action shot.
D9fred95
The explosions are dodgy in the editor. They only really show up if the video is playing normally. Fast forwarding or rewinding removes them.
Cutter De Blanc
Is it gonna be possible to take a snapmatic shot of an explosion using the editor?
D9fred95
Is it gonna be possible to take a snapmatic shot of an explosion using the editor? Well... yeah. I'm supposing you haven't used it yet? Edited June 2, 2017 by D9fred95
Cutter De Blanc
Just started using it to take better pictures with. My clip didn't show an explosion. Just people flying away from the sticky bomb, had to change a picture because of it. Another picture I was trying to take, different clip, the flash from my gun's muzzle was noticeably missing as well.
smurfynz
Edit your clip and save your camera angles where you know you'll get a good shot of your explosion then go back to the project menu and preview your clip. They show up for me there. It's how I got the smoke effects and stuff here. Here's another example - bullet trace and explosion did not show up while editing the free camera position.
