Drift handling collection for SA;

*Note; you can use all handlings for any car, just change name infront like "ELEGY" to anything u want, i just made them up.

Best drift handling (recommended) :

SABRE 1200 2998.3 1 0 0.1 -0.8 70 0.8 0.61 0.58 5 260 61 15 4 e 11 0.51 false 60 0.7 0.8 5 0.25 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.25 0 35000 40003000 1F84000 0 1 0

OLD VERSION OF ABOVE HANDLING:

SABRE 1200 2998.3 2 0 0.1 -0.8 70 1 0.61 0.58 5 322 52 15 4 e 11 0.51 false 60 0.7 0.8 5 0.25 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.25 0 35000 40003000 C04000 0 1 0

More realistic drift handling (also recommended):

SENTINEL 1300 2979.7 2 0 0.1 -0.8 70 0.6 0.66 0.66 5 150 25 10 4 e 5 0.66 false 90 1.2 0.8 5 0.25 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.37 0 35000 A02800 5300006 0 1 0

Nice drift handling (especially good for corners)

ELEGY 1800 3000 1.5 0 -0.2 -0.5 38 0.7 0.8 0.5 4 300 200 -175 r p 8 0.5 false 75 0.8 0.8 0 0.33 -0.1 0.3 0.3 0.25 0.4 35000 40002804 4000001 1 1 1

Nice drift handling for sedan (realistic speeds, can drive straight to be a sleeper)

SULTAN 1200 2998.3 2 0 0.1 -0.8 70 0.7 0.61 0.58 5 220 22 10 4 e 11 0.51 false 60 0.7 0.8 5 0.25 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.25 0 35000 40003000 C04000 1 1 0

Some of the handlings here are meant for the real drifters knowing how to control it, taken straight from the pro drifting scene on MTA. Works on both GTA SA handling.cfg and handling import on MTA, for example Hedit.

Would rather not keep it to myself, some people have been looking for a good San andreas drift hand for a long time.

Random drift handlings:

BUFFALO 1400 2998.3 0 0 0.1 -0.1 75 0.65 0.6 0.7 5 120 30 0.1 4 d 8 1 false 70 1.2 0.15 0 0.3 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.25 0 35000 40002804 A0000 1 1 0

For experienced drifters;

JESTER 1500 3600 2.2 0 0 -0.05 75 0.85 0.8 0.5 1 2000 1120 100 r p 10 0.45 false 68 1.1 0.1 0 0.28 -0.15 0.5 0.3 0.25 0.6 35000 C0002804 4000000 1 1 1

SABRE 1200 2998.3 1 0 0.15 -0.75 70 1.05 0.62 0.575 5 322 51 10 4 e 15 0.51 false 65 0.75 0.8 5 0.25 -0.2 0.5 0.3 0.25 0 19000 40003000 C04000 1 1 0

And this one: (easy to control and rather drifty, possible to drive regularly but not hard to get it into an exciting drift.. also realistic speeds);

ELEGY 1400 3400 7 0 0.1 -0.5 75 0.8 0.7 0.6 5 357 35 5 4 e 10 0.5 false 65 0.85 0.15 0 0.28 -0.08 0.5 0 0.25 0 35000 2800 4000000 1 1 1

Judge by yourself:

ELEGY 1400 3400 1 0 0.1 -0.5 75 0.8 0.71 0.6 5 350 35 5 r p 10 0.5 false 65 0.85 0.15 0 0.28 -0.08 0.5 0 0.25 0 35000 2800 4000000 1 1 1

Another pretty good one: (that you can still speed with)

ELEGY 1800 3400 0 0 -0.26 -0.4 120 0.65 0.84 0.435 4 350 70 -175 r p 8 0.25 false 75 0.8 0.8 0 0.2 -0.1 0.3 0.3 0.25 0 35000 40002804 4000001 1 1 1

Responsive and fast one that still gives smooth drifting curves:

ELEGY 1200 2500 1.8 0 -0.15 -0.2 38 1 0.9 0.48 5 500 1000 -1000 4 p 8 0.58 false 45 1 0.13 5 0.25 -0.1 0.45 0.3 0.15 0 35000 C0002004 204000 1 1 1

The one that I would almost call the best for allround remains this one;

SABRE 1200 2998.3 2 0 0.1 -0.8 70 1 0.61 0.58 5 322 52 15 4 e 11 0.51 false 60 0.7 0.8 5 0.25 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.25 0 35000 40003000 C04000 0 1 0

Very comfortable, heavy (weight) drift line: (with low to no risk of spinouts)

HERMES 100000 300000 2 0 0.1 -0.8 70 0.6 0.66 0.66 5 500 25 10 4 e 5 0.66 false 90 1.2 0.8 5 0.25 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.37 0 19000 A02800 5300006 1 3 0

Another cool drift handling (not for lazy drifters, take it too far and you'll spin out)
BANSHEE 1000 3000 2 0 0 -0.55 75 1.35 0.4 0.75 5 600 155 -100 4 p 9 0.5 false 68 0.35 0.15 0 0.27 -0.33 0.5 0.55 0.5 0 45000 442000 107A0003 1 1 1

Nice and fast drift:
JESTER 1400 2725.3 1.5 0 0 -0.5 70 0.63 0.8 0.6 5 300 35 3 4 p 11 0.51 false 75 0.5 0.19 0 0.25 -0.1 0.5 0.4 0.37 0 35000 40002004 C04000 1 1 1

Fast, bouncy and flexible (fun to drive, for Infernus only):

INFERNUS 1600 4500 2.5 0 0 -0.15 38 0.658 0.99 0.591 5 99999 99999 900 4 d 7 0.52 false 88 0.6 0.09 0 0.3 -0.1 0.5 0.3 0.25 0 95000 40002800 0 1 1 1

Research / experimental handlings:

1 year of development (STABLE VERSION):

CHEETAH 1400 2650 0.9 0 0.4 -0.295 120 0.808 0.98 0.519 5 200000 30 1.2 4 e 10.67 0.45 false 52 0.85 0.5 0 0.25 -0.17 0.62 0 0.25 0 35000 40332800 708803 0 1 0

What is special about it:

You can drive in a straight line, until you initiate a drift (e.g corner, handbrake, sharp steering). So it's a "sleeper".. The drifting capabilities remain very good despite that.

It took over a year of making small tweaks and fine tuning to make it perfect. (The best results are with Cheetah, since all vehicles behave differently on any handling, known GTA mechanics fact)

More of these will be posted in the future

Since your topic regards game modifications of some sort, it would be better suited in the GTA Modding section.

Rockstar games allowed users to simply edit a handling.cfg for a reason; they kept it open and its not some intrusive mod.

However if staff agree with you, please feel free to move the topic..

Intrusive or not, it's the modification of files, so yeah I'll move it.

Beacuse im using CustomSAA2, can i use all hadnlings ?

as far i know, yes

Note: this topic has nearly 60,000 views.. everyone from the internet is coming here if they are looking for handlings to use (it's the first result).

If anyone has a good handling, feel free to post it here and I will review if it meets the quality standards (if it's really a good drift handling).

If it is, then it will be added to the main post..

Do all these data drastically change the top speed and acceleration? I want to use this but I don't want my Cheetah becomes as slow as Elegy.

Yes they do, and they should be pretty fast from what i see from max velocity, acceleration and drag values. Tho, in my opinion stock handlings are pretty good and you can drift with most cars as they are, especially elegy and cheetah, but what ever, it's your game do what u want.
