How do you honk the horn in special vehicles?

At least with the Ruiner 2000 and Rocket Voltic, L3 is used for their special abilities. Yet the mod shop will still sell you an overpriced custom horn for these vehicles. So...which button do I press to use it!?

R2K horn sounds when the jump isn't available, ie after using it. So feel free to abuse 80s TV canon by fitting a Colonel Bogey horn

Rocket Voltic has no functioning horn. The Ruiner 2000's horn works if you use its jump ability and then honk before the cooldown expires (meaning the car can jump again.)
