After literally years of me searching for DENISKa's method of making land, ever since 2013, I have found it in an old post of his.

 

I don't know if this is against the rules, but I'm pretty sure DENISKa has retired of GTA Modding, so I'll just spread this around.

(Feel free to lock if you want :p)

Mixazzz road pieces: here ( I recommend this for more downtown type of streets <---

 

Use Deniska's road_gta.ms for more rural/out of city areas.
