İssue with 3,VC and SA

Oh, hello, I am new in this forum, so I am so sorry if this place is wrong for this subject

 

I got a Windows XP 32 bit PC, and when I set these games here, after a one-time playing, the game does its normal thing, making a thing named ''gta3.set, gtavc.set, gta_sa.set'' and after that one-time playing, I can't be able to open the game, it kicks me down to the desktop after I passed the movies before the main menu until I take care of the set thing. But you know that I can't take care of the thing EVERY time I want to play it, so what you say about this thing? What should I do? Format the PC? Any idea would be great, thanks already now

 

Note : I've done the compatibility, the setting from the firewall and the DEP, nothing happened

Maybe didn't you choose the best settings for your PC. on the first time.

 

Change the settings, quit and check if the problem remains, maybe will it fix your problem.
