Military trucks are cool. Menyoo Tampa is ugly af. Would have appreciated if they showed other vehicles instead of the Tampa. Lets hope we can remove that random metal panels from that car.

So GTA Online has something for everybody. Play it your way and if there's something you generally don't like about it, there's a possibility you can avoid it and live without it.

Also passive mode still works for ppl wanting to chill. Or Inv only for that matter.

So, I didn't read through all 9 pages, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way.

 

But I have a bad feeling they might not release any new cars aside from all this military crap. I really don't think I'll be sticking around if all they release are a bunch of pegasus vehicles.

 

Shame, really. I hope I'm wrong and they do release some cars.

God, no. I'd like to see a considerably higher focus on ground combat. There's only so many times a helicopter can lock onto something with a missile and press the fire button before it gets boring. Gunrunning looks like it's gonna be that, in some respect.

but to anyone claiming to have read all of that 4chan guy's posts and still claim it's fake are either too skeptical or in denial.

 

I disagree. I think anyone who believes fake leaks is gullible imo.

 

Massive mobile command center means paying the yacht captain to move it.

 

In this case it is just like the yacht.

 

I hate to be a pessimist but this is what I have seen them do in the past.

Uprooting a massive underground base, and sailing a boat are extremely different.

 

Am I the only one that noticed that the missile being launched is different to the other five? :lol:

The pods have caps that keep the weather out. Im bettin its like the ruiner with limited op missiles.

20 mill is a decent chunk. It will prob get you a sweet bunker to start and the best vehicles. Then run some guns to get the rest. Its still around 2 weeks away plus plenty will be dripfed im sure. Just stay away from freeroam battles that drain cash and do some work.

50%will love it, 25%will be meh, and 25%will hate it. Pretty much every update. Some ppl would find something to complain about even if r* had them write a detailed wishlist, and they added everything they requested lol.

In GTA 5 the glorified, militarized FPS games like COD and BF and its playerbase are throughout mocked in singleplayer with Jimmy de Santa and Righteous Slaughter 7, mainly because of their repetitiveness, non-sensical Excuse Plots to kill anyone and blow sh*t up, while always making sure that the players committing genocide left and right are the good guys.

(Which is why I love Spec Ops: The Line, because it deconstructs and defies this whole stupidy you have with FPS games)

 

Now guess what is coming in the next update to GTA Online?

Well, it would be difficult/probably impossible to see smoke trails with the explosions cancelling them out/getting in the way. Also, since the explosions are there, the missiles have already landed (if they're missiles).

 

But yes, it's far from confirmation.

Add me to the chorus of people going bananas over this DLC. I love military-esque stuff and I'm super excited.

 

Interested to see if we get any new aviation. I always liked DC3's and I'm secretly hoping there is one and we use that for gunrunning suppy drops.

The Brickade is the closest equivalent to it.

 

And let's not forget that those things shouldn't attract attention, a aircraft carrier doesn't exactly do that...
