Hunt or be hunted....the curiosity of GTA 5

I sometimes just find myself after loading up into online just either walking down the street either waiting for a player to roll up on me or searching the map for unsuspecting prey. Its douchey, yeah I know, but its fun as bordem has really set in. Money isn't a issueanymore as I've got more than I could probably ever spend anyway. Sometimes even jumping players to get the reaction. Sometimes profanity laced messages. Sometimes silent with bullets doing their talking. To me, bordem warrants experimentation. So......tell me your story.....have you found yourself so bored you "tryhard" or sometimes "reverse tryharding"?

I quite enjoy rescuing people in a passive vehicle as they are getting slaughtered only to turn around after 15 seconds and take them back to the war zone and kick them out the car. Always tickles me pink

I usually just roll around doing my own thing, but if I happen upon someone who doesn't kill me on sight, I'll jump in their vehicle or see if they get into mine. It can be a lot of fun seeing what some random player will get into. Usually it's just taking on the police, or attacking MC's or CEO's in transit. But yeah, I try not to just indiscriminately kill on sight. That's what gets boring about online IMO.

If I go in to a public session, it's for one of two things; I'm either there to play co-op and make some money, or I'm there to fu*k sh*t up.

 

If it's the latter, I take a look at the player list from my office and make a quick mental note of low rank players to avoid (less than rank 20) and where they are. Then I buy a single crate to avoid BS and insurance, grab a Buzzard or Savage from the roof, go Ghost and just let loose until someone takes me out or I crash. Then I just carry on on foot, usually followed by Fully Loaded, then more on foot stupidity.

Vicious circle I guess. Ah well, they can easily beat it anyway, if they had a clue.

If I am bored bored then I like to play guitar on the mic. Kids these days don't appreciate musical instruments and the ones that rap to in game music climb to the top of my kill list lol and inspire me to play more. They are so use to the autotune that the musical tones from my guitar will sometimes make them bleed from the ears and cringe to death. I like to sit in whatever vehicle and play along to the in-game radio. Some of the songs I learned just playing this game: Baker Street, Nissen(sp?), Wayward Son, Disco Devil, Scandelous, even some rap songs like First of da Month, and R Cali. For every 20 messages of 'STFU' I get there's one 'Haha GJ, but seriously STFU'.

so i hunt and kill instead to avoid being hunted

With so many Heli and Jet wannabe griefers to take out, it's too easy to hunt rather than be hunted.
