Yup, happened to me as well 2-3 times..Not because someone put a bounty on me.

Could be free mode events, that kind of thing.

 

I don't know if they can kick you out of passive, but they can definitely stop you entering it.

Entering vehicles with champagne in them, eg Luxor deluxe, will kick you out.

dont own none of those, only drive muscle cars, and sports cars.
