epicluca
I have that exact same ASUS laptop! I can run GTA V smoothly with all settings on Low to Medium edit: Actually I have 12GB ram but everything else is the same. raburs
It won't make that much a difference. You'll have to settle for medium-low settings combination.

swebarb
waste of money playing gta on laptop, not like a decent pc setup costs that much more.
MechanicMammal
The one with 8gb ram will play it fine by the looks of it but as Hardstyle mentioned 4 gb will not be good enough you really need 8+. You probably will be able to play with a mix of med/high settings maybe at 1080p at 30 ish fps (which is new gen ps4 xbone levels), at lower settings and resolution then the fps performance will be improved. The GPU is about the same as mine which is not great to be honest but works ok on this game. I am not going to work out exchange rates so I can not tell you if either laptop is good value sorry waste of money playing gta on laptop, not like a decent pc setup costs that much more. I agree and also disagree. A PC setup that would do the job and better would be a lot cheaper than a similar power laptop, but if you need a laptop for other reasons other than playing GTA then there are many options and no reason not to go that route. You do not need a ultra spec system to play this game at a enjoyable level. On a personal note I would look for a bigger screen but that is because I am getting older lol
