It takes ages to find people to help out with heist setups either from game search or LFG postings. However once you get to the finale, it takes only ten seconds to find players then they all ask for 20% or 25% cuts.

 

LOL! I spend all day dealing with disconnects, random quits and BS and they expect me to give them huge cuts when they just bounce around from finale to finale and leave the rest of us to do the hard work.

It's funny how this forum has a massive user base with a dedicated section to find like-minded players but people still rely on randumbs.
