Would North Korea have that much of an impact? Last time I read a missile went over Japan and the market didn't seem to care. And for $TTWO's PT, I agree, $120 is what I expect by EOY, and it will be mainly driven by Q2 2018 earnings report.

The combined company will be named RB2 Interactive Software Inc. (short for Rockstar-Bethesda 2K) and will be based in Take-Two's current NY HQ and trading as TTWO. Comment from Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick" We want to make gaming a three-company industry- Activision, EA, and Take-Two. With their history I think NBA 2k18 will have a bunch of server problems

The game hasn't released yet and they're already having issues lol.

It will be very interesting what EA will do if NBA Live 18 is again a loss for them.

Will they finally give up and leave the business to 2K?

Marketing wise 2K did an absolute fantastic job this year. Keeping the neighborhood a secret till they know what NBA live has to offer and then crush them.

 

I expect record sales for NBA 2K18 around 4M units in September pushing Q2 above $500M

I think it's safe to assume that the Bully 2 rumor is true ... there's now at least three sources that say it's the next game after RDR2. I'm excited!

Agent I believe has been rumored to be shelved again ... so that won't come out for a very long time.

I don't believe in the Midnight Club rumors at all.

EDIT: Shareholders should bless this stock on their 20th Annual meeting on Friday we could be seeing $130.00 by November-December! If Activision and EA can have huge valuation then Take-Two should have both stock price and valuation-wise. It the No.3 Gaming Company on the Planet Afterall! Well deserved. Come on GTA is worth $5 Billion and it not added to it parent company's valuation. Then there is the labels including other IPS (mainly R*) such as RDR, Civilization, there is 2K Sports killing EA Sports. Mobile,and "Titles in the pipeline". And their ESports strategy also influenced EA. And insane growth in the "RCS" category. Plus $1.4 Billion in cash (for future use). Alot of Greatness but some people cannot see that. Heck they should be worth more in market cap than EA and after Activision Blizzard. Go Take-Two Interactive!

Too much fr*cking volatility in the market. It needs to stop so Take-Two Interactive can get to $130.00 this year!

Chill man we jumped 7$ within a week there needs to be ups and downs.

Next catalyst will be NBA 2k18 sales which could push it to 105$ and then end of September as soon as the Rockstar page is being changed red we will see 110$. Probably will swing around 105$ - 115$ till Q2 earnings release

 

Talking about GTA 5. looking at player numbers on steam I think we reached the peak between the bunker and smuggler DLC. Still it will perform well but starting now I see player numbers decreasing over time. There are too many new games soon on the market where players will shift to. And to be honest what else could they develop for GTAO. It is too packed with stuff to do. And so at the end also recurring spending from GTAO is decreasing.

In my opinion the dopest sh*t right now would be if Rockstar releases a single player DLC between Destiny 2 and COD release. This would bring back millions of players and fuel both game sales and GTAO recurrent consumer spending.

Haha True..Well said brother. Anyway they got a price target of $118 from GS and should end above at $120-130.00+ and post-RDR2 $200.00!

 

EDIT: Take-Two Interactive's market cap (valuation) could be like "Amazon of Gaming", plus they are still less profitable than Activision and EA. However there is $1.4 Billion in cash and the lowest of debts among all three at just $221 Million. The cash flow is just Insane! (Great to hear that Strauss Zelnick wants to change the profits (margins) issue)

Amen Brother. Here we go $108.00 then $118.00 then $120.00-130.00 year end (Hopefully). Interestingly, CD Project is now a $2.5 Billion market cap company the fifth largest in the Americas and Europe after Ubisoft (fourth), Take-Two Interactive (third), EA (second), and Activision (first). I think Take-Two should just grow their Independent and Mobile Businesses with organ or inorganic (little) deals and also keep growing Rockstar and 2K. Tbh THQ Nordic will not move the need but give them some okay IPs, same with Gearbox, and even Zenimax will bloat them and dilute their focus-spirit culture. It unprecedented to see a company like Take-Two Interactive growing without doing crazy and expensive acquisitions. Long Live Take-Two Interactive and Subsidiaries: Rockstar Games, 2K Games, 2K Sports, Independent and Social Point!
