Advice about Stilt Apartments

So currently I own an apartment at Del Perro Heights, and I don't plan on selling it any time soon as it's in a convenient location. However the views and such aren't the best (all I see from my window is another building).

So I was looking into buying a Stilt Apartment, partly for the views and partly because I want a nicer place to store my classic car collection, which currently resides in the industrial area of LS.

 

So in your view what's the best Stilt House to buy?

I'm looking mainly at Wild Oats Drive or some on Hillcrest or North Conker, but I'm not sure. I would like nice views, but I'm not overly fussed as I'll only really spend time inside if I want to relax or just chill with friends. Convenience is something I'd like, but as all the Stilt Apartments are in the windy roads of Vinewood Hills I'm not too bothered, as long as it's relatively convenient. (I can't access the game at the moment to see the precise locations of all the apartments).

Well, stilt houses aren't exactly convenient (no access to garage from the house, you have to walk out and then walk into the garage.)

 

I've only lived in the 2044 North Conker Ave. stilt house and it has a semi-decent view of Vinewood Blvd, but it's heavily obstructed by buildings and the inaccessible balcony. Also, not exactly a stilt house, but the top Eclipse Towers penthouse has a fairly good view over the whole city, so you may want to consider that as an option

3677 whispymound drive. higher house possible AFAIK. for me one of the best views/homes. even if i didn't test every single house of the game. i finish my CEO run, and i'll post a pic

If you like sunsets: 2868 Hillcrest

If you like city views: 2862 Hillcrest

If you like outside space: Both North Conker properties have large balcony/terrace areas. Wild Oats has a paddling pool as well.

 

There are two interior designs btw, so use the above to make sure you're getting the one you want.

Yeah if you like staring straight at a giant tree. 2874 Hillcrest is about the same height and has unobstructed views, plus a covered off road parking space.

Yeah I know they aren't the most convenient, but as long as they aren't too awkward to get to and aren't too far from things like LSC, then I'm fine. In terms of tower apartments, I'm happy with my Del Perro Heights, and the reason I'm going with a Stilt House is because I want something a little different.

Oh and also, most balconies are inaccessible, but on a lot of the properties you can drop down onto the upper one from the roof. I can't remember which ones without checking, so let me know which one you like the look of and I'll see if there's roof access.

I'm looking at Wild Oats, 2866 Hillcrest, 2874 Hillcrest, 2117 Milton Road, 2862 Hillcrest and both North Conkers

2874 has easy roof access via the hedge and car port roof.

2866 is sh*t. Stares right at Eclipse Towers and has no roof access.

2117 Milton has easy roof access via the hedge, but not much of a view.

Wild Oats via low front.

2045 North Conker via chimney.

2044 North Conker not unless you park a very tall vehicle outside the garage.

 

p.s. Flat roofs make good helipads.

Location is important as well. You might want to drive to the apartments before you buy them, just to see if they can be reached conveniently.

Yeah, I was planning on doing that, but I can't get online for a while as I have exams

also some stilt houses (if not all) has spawning issues for heist , as the car likely ran over you before you had chance move out of the way

Pretty sure your character is built exactly the same as his, maybe minor skin definition.

i aware of that but i notice his char muscle tone appear, because of lighitng..maybe?

just took a shirt of, yes they all the same. wish we could do some weight lifting for more muscle tone and the rock build

i don't think there's a difference. or if so, then it would have to do with the character choice, or parents. i have muscles coz i killed lot of kids. this is good for health
