1. Can the mod play on 60/120fps without game breaking physics?

This progress is going way too fast for me, I can't follow it. Please consider doing this at a slower pace just like any normal modification.

Didnt mean it like that..more like more and more missions get converted that more and more missions have to be added to the list. That as a fan of the mod just amazes me.

the converted missions was a good progress to have a gameplay with 😉

Note: 
- Salvatore's anim is kinda "twitching" because i used a different way to play animation to the LCS one.
- The gang bars is not colored because VC only supports one color for both bars, same thing to the arrow's corona.

Improvements to this mission:
- Both models of the gangs is used in this war instead of only using "GANG01" and "GANG05" model in LCS to add variety.
- Added bleeding to the wounded Leone member in the phone scene.

Surya, is possible to change the omni RGB in the arrow to be at least white if it cannot inherit the arrow model color?

It is possible to port the ferry mechanism into Vice City engine? Can the VC engine actually handle it?

Maybe. Ferry Boat was partially working on the 1.5 build (prop)

Yes, LCS and VC use the same engine and are undoubtedly powerful.

Well, LCS uses VC engine but with several upgrades to it:).

For clarification, Renderware isn’t a game engine. It’s just graphics/rendering engine library you can include in the game engine that you are making. LCS uses VC engine as base (with SA handling and camera elements) with a different in-house rendering engine based on RenderWare, called Rsl3D
