have you tried to run the game as administrator or uninstall and install again?

YES... i tried litearly everything turning off avast... before installing and trying to play.... restarting setting administrator mode windows xp mode.... i tried restarting uninstalling and installing... removing user file folder installing patch messing with files EVERYTHING... im sooo desperated to play this but i just f*ckin can't because Unhandled exception as soon as menu should appear.

Surya made some changes and idk why, the compiler he's using gives errors for some users.

Anyway will the saves will be compatybile when there are gonna be new missions? so i can use my save with home sweet home passed and all packages

 

Also im gonna report a bug... after saving or loading the save game window's in Portland Safehouse are black... but when you exit the safehouse and come back they normal again

 

 

Also one more question will you implement a Snow weather? like in lcs on psp i love snow

The snow weather only appeared if you get too far in the "Car Salesman" mission, iirc.

yeah i know im not saying it need to be in freeroam i just want it implemented so i can "spawn" it with mini console and enjoy the snow! or at least made a pc exclusive cheat code for snowy weather

too bad lucid f*cked up/R* gave old files of map

One thing fixed on PS2 (but tons of others broken there)

 

for future generations mobile probably contains ipls and ides from PSP and txds and dffs from PS2
