Apartment or Office

Hi guys!

 

I've recently bought an office. Now I've got to grips with how the office and CEO stuff work, I'm thinking...why do I need an apartment?

 

Am I missing something here? I'm thinking of saving for the 60 car garage in the office. Buy that, then buy the cheapest property going and trade it with my apartment to get some cash back. Does that sound sensible? I would rather have one location to be honest.

Offices didn't exist at the start. So only use of Apartment now is for heists. I would get the garages if I were you.

I used my Appartement for heists. but now it's only for the 10 car garage lol

But I'm getting fed up of all the crap all over the floor, God forbid the cops do a surprise raided on me,

The left over stock should of remained in the warehouse and the cash in the safe or bank.

Only a stupid criminal leaves millions of dollars lying around on the floor.

I don't mind the money that's spread all over the office. Even if Rockstar introduced the option to clean up the clutter I wouldn't use it.
