Just to be clear since I really f*cking want that Dukes. Can you buy/steal it without being a returning member? If you can steal anyone know good spots? Thanks in advance, Rali~

Anyone can buy it now. Returning players get it for free, non returning players for around $60k. You can find them in traffic but cant keep them.

Seriously you could have checked the car sites like ten times in the same time it took you to make an account and post the question.
