GTA 5 Crash During Gameplay

I'm getting the "Grand Theft Auto has stopped responding" message and I have upgraded my PC to the new Windows 10 Creators Update. The graphics are a lot faster and it was working fine for a few minutes until it froze and gave be the error message. I do have the Launcher log file and here is what it says

Any help would be appreciated! And yes Im updating my drivers with a program. Thanks!
