Want to play alone in public session

Hi all

 

If you had enough of other players ruining you sale runs in your businesses and want to play alone in a public session, maybe this can help without the need to modify your internet connection:

 

When you enter the online (public) lobby, just click "Find New Session". Once you are in a new lobby, repeat the process of clicking on "Find New Session" 4 to 6 times and you should be given a public lobby just to yourself. No mods, no tricks, no hacks. I noticed it a while back and for the past few days has worked every time. I'm on PS4, unsure about other platforms but you can try.

 

Not sure if this was posted anywhere else in the forum. If was, do apologize for repeating.

 

Try it out if you like, feedback is appreciated. Curious if it works for anyone else too.

I used to use this method before I found out about the change date and time settings. It worked on my PS4 that is connected through wifi. For my hardwired PS4 it took a lot longer changing sessions and did't always work.

 

Due to the long loading screens in GTA I find the date and time method faster for me.

The only thing making changes to system or internet (can be a hassle each time to set things if you play multiple games) but I guess everyone has their own preferences. Tried today and worked again.

This is what I do on my ps4 when I want to buy and sell cargo it usually takes me 4 times using this technique.
