Cars are really slow?

All of my cars are super slow but they are upgraded all the way. They won't go over 100mph but 2 months ago they were going 120+..... any thoughts?

If you're on PS4 and it seems like you're unable to go full throttle that might be the fault of the controller - they sometimes had a defect affecting the right trigger, which has a few fixes you can do if you search online.

 

If not that though, are you sure it's not just a perceptual thing, i.e. definitely a noticeable decrease or slow compared to other people using the same car with the same upgrade?

Also, for a while there was a glitch that removed engine upgrades from vehicles. That was quite a while ago, but it's still worth a check.

 

Agreed on the PS4 controller. Common issue there.

We need more details here, but faulty PS4 controller is my guess as well.

 

There is a easy way to check this out, OP:

Just do a burnout with any land vehicle, if the back wheels are spinning and the RPM gauges is red lining or rev-cutting, then your R2 triggers is OK.

 

If the wheels won't spin or the RPM gauge won't reach the red line, you can have your controller checked because the problem is there.
