What year is it? Was playing with some old crew mates yesterday and it was said, "remember when the Zentorno was the it car?" Have I been playing long enough now that it qualifies as a vintage classic, or is the car seen as a good value for the money? FWIW, used to think it was slick .looking, but with what's in the game now, I think it is ugly as F.

It's not that bad. Either way for $700k or however much it costs isn't that pricey compared to some other cars which range at $1 million or $2 million.

 

I was originally going to buy the Progen GP1 but then saw some comparison videos and it's no where near as fast as the Zentorno so why pay 500k more for it?

 

Hell to the no if Rockstar or anyone else thinks I'm gonna spend a whole month saving up for that. XD I could get so much more with that money

When you buy them the menu shows that they are free, but they actually cost 1$. You can see the red -1$ at the top right corner if you exit the buying menu quickly enough.

I guess it shows up on your maze bank account too.

I used it toward a Cargobob for my I/E business. Cargbobs simply were not spawning for me when I needed them so I bought one. It will take a minute for me to recoup the investment but it makes delivering vehicles much easier. Plus I enjoy hooking random cars and dropping them off in a body of water or on top of the rival CEO buildings from time to time.

Somehow my second character magically won enough races to unlock turbo (but still not stage 4 engine?). I think I spent a little more than the rebate on turbo upgrades for all of her race cars and motorcycles. You know, the usual: X80, Nero, Zentorno, 7-70, Jester RC, (oh shi* I forgot the RH8 and Retro Classic!), Shotaro, Hak Drag, Hakuchou, Bati and Akuma.

 

Took a long damn time to get them all in and out of the LSC, too.

 

edit: oh yeah, I bought a Brioso and fully upgraded it for my second char, bought a topless Stinger for my main char, tastefully upgraded it. And one of my main character's cars that I had bought as a racecar, which one escapes my mind right now (woo hoo! I remembered before I hit post.Topless Coquette), had no upgrades so I spent the usual shi* ton of money fixing that.

 

Sitting at about 17 mil right now but I still need to buy a Ruiner so I needs to get grinding. I like having a little extra money laying around.

@ El Payaso.. As the other chap said, I know it says free to get snacks, but that sneaky assistant of mine likes to sqelueeze me for that extra buck each time, lol.

 

Just keep an eye under your cash next time you refill, it should pop up, though on the rare odd occasion she may forget to fleece me in the slowest inside job yet...

Omg I unlocked Candy Red. You know it's different in Classic and Metallic?! O_O Plus my new crew color is a pure black that goes really good with classic candy red. Yup, spent a ton of money on that.

It only starts charging you once you buy more than the max you can hold. Try it - buy them slowly, don't spam it. Once it says FULL, stop and look. No red $1.
