GTA V Has stopped working

So I cannot fathom what is causing this. These are my fiances specs (all stock no OC):

Ryzen 7 1700

Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3

NZXT X61 Cooler

4x8GB DDR4 2133MHz

Crucial MX300 1.1TB SSD

EVGA GTX 1080 FTW

EVGA G2 550w 80+ Gold PSU

Corsair 460x Case

 

Things I have tried:

Windows we just installed 2 days prior to the issue starting.

Replacing the motherboard

Replacing the ram

Testing different NVidia drivers

You can open windows event viewer and find the crash log of GTA5.exe to better diagnose the issue.

I am trying a new SSD. Other than that it could only be a gpu issue.

I'll try and see where that's stores in windows 10. I've read that overwolf could be the cause with teamspeak. Does this sound credible?

Something (hardware) is not stable in your system, could be cpu voltage error, memory issue or bad power supply.

Latest nvidia drivers are fine with my gtx1080.

I tried replacing all of that. CPU is stock as is the memory with no OC.
