Hello. Is there any possible way that I can change the position of the subtitles in my game? For example, I want the subtitles to appear a little higher on the screen because my PC monitor is a little broken at the bottom, so adjusting the height would be the best option. A detailed tutorial on it would be really appreciated.

Thanks.

EDIT: Thanks for the reply, but I did not find the necessary information regarding my game, because the topic leads to one consisting of a problem in GTA V, not GTA San Andreas.

"Broken" at the bottom of the screen?

Have you considered adjusting the TV screen so that the picture is moved upward.

There is usually an adjustment, either electronically, or manually for aligning the image.

By "broken" I mean that the crystals at the bottom of the monitor have conflicted with water in an accident, thus as a result I have a black space down there, which covers like just 5% of the whole screen, so it's not such a big of a deal. Though, the subtitles are mostly hidden behind it, so I am asking if someone can somehow help me adjust the position of them. That should be less expensive financially than buying a new monitor, right?

And you can't get them high enough by cranking overscan area to the max?

try windowed mode

what's your OS?

i'm on win10, i could resize game window with mouse and move it up, it needed to play around a bit at window titel bar

I already have a windowed modification, but the problem is that I need to record the gameplay and do a commentary over it. I obviously need to see the text to read it, and fullscreen is necessary too. Usefull info, but I have found another solution regarding the problem. From now on I am adjusting the position of the display through my NVIDIA control panel back and forth when I need it.

@Everyone thanks for the replies. The topic may be locked now.
