Open lobbies and good guy greg

Why does there always seem to be that one lobby vigilante that decides to tale it upon himself to keep law and order in lobbies? I just came across a level 74 that tried to blow up my cargo i then killed him. After i delivered my cargo this player continued to try and kill me so i would kill him, then comes along this guy with a bulletproof helmet a bigness mask and a suit in a buzzard trying to kill me so i kill him aswell.

 

We continue to go back and forth and he tries to sniper strafe me so i blow him up after a while he ends up getting shot at by the player he tried to help then went ghost org. So naturally i left to continue on the map. Later he comes back with a buzzard blows me up while im in a besra and messages me "pick on someone your own level BASURA" (my psn name is in spanish although my first language is english). What is with the annoying players trying to play superman that ruin an entire game? This all ended with him being chased by 3 others players for the same reason and he eventually left.
