I say most rich players who could afford it live in their offices now since they:

 

1. Have a garage that can hold up to 60 vehicles. Six times the amount of vehicles you can store in any apartment.

2. An assistant they can get food from

3. Can spawn any helicopters that they own from there

4. An optional mod shop where they can mod cars they purchase there and then

 

Pretty much anything they can ask for is provided by a CEO Office.

OT: I'd say my yacht is where I go to relax. Its my spawn point too so everytime I get online I start up piracy prevention, roll one and enjoy the scenery lol

My main character resides in the maze bank tower office, watching below as chaos unfolds.

 

My second character however always spawns at last location, so instead of looking down at the chaos i'm in the middle of it. Though the main property that I often visit is the biker clubhouse.

Wish I could say my main home is my house in Paleto Bay. But I don't have a house in Paleto Bay on either of my main account characters right now. Crazy about vehicle storage.

 

They both have two apartments in the city but despite that (and I do like my Integrity and Alta locations as well as the custom Eclipse apartments) my main place is the Maze Tower office for both. Just because I'm trying to get some crate collecting or vehicle sourcing done in most of my recent sessions.

 

When I finally manage to fill all my warehouses (ready for the next sale bonus event) I might go back to spawning in my apartments.

And if Rockstar ever decides to put larger garages in properties outside of the city, I'll probably move back to Paleto Bay. I would absolutely love being able to buy back my house there and just build a ten car garage underground. Would also settle for one of those larger houses sitting on the cliff.

 

So yeah, office it is right now. Got the computer for starting collection missions, it's in downtown LS. Assistant gets me cheap snacks and allows me to have any personal vehicle from any property delivered. Quick (though not free) access to Pegasus vehicles. It's good. But I'll gladly ignore all of those in time when I'm done with the warehouses and just chill out in any apartment or house I own.

don't tell me the thing inside the office is a bed. i hardly allow my cat or dog sleep on such thing

personnally i think the office garage is an big error. i mean that thing looks so stupid. the lift is broken what do you do, call a taxi. this is plain stupid. the car theft hangar now that would have been a great personnal cars garage. that office shiny thing looks so damn silly. i emptied it all, and just kept 3 or 4 executive cars inside. i discovered very cool garages around. like the richard majestic one or the big garages on popular street. which look much more realistic

My Spawn point is set to the 0232 Paleto Blvd. house, in the garage, actually. I generally consider that to be my character's main house.

If you could have more than one Pegasus vehicle, and they had better interiors (or any interior), imagine having camping in your Journey next to where your Marquis is moored or anchored. Have a Skidoo to take you to it. And park your Frogger nearby. And put some basic apartment abilities in the Journey. Wardrobe, bong, shower, beer, and TV. Introduce special hookers and we have a winner dlc.

My first ever high end apartment.i got back in PS3 when I decided to move from a 6-car Power Street Apartment. And also the only high-end apartment I have since everything else are garages.

 

It would be 3 years before that apartment turned into the most convenient apartment ever, located right next to my Office.
