I have that house and club house and all my businesses are there. I love Sandy Shores too and I hope one day there is a nicer home to buy but until then my dumpy poorly lit shack will have to do.

I agree. Maybe we should get that white trailer with a deck on top. I'd pay 450k honestly.

Personally one of the big ups is location (rarity of players there) and the fact training your stealth skill is easy

The view is sh*t but this is the best stilt house in my opinion, looks great, interior is very confy and is right next to the pacific standard bank.

you should give 3677 wispymound a try. easy to access in car, helo (or even in dodo), Pacific standard is at less than 30s. only thing when doing coop, you need to watch the road before crossing . but it's the 1st house that i own in GTA, and i don't plan to move anytime soon

I always use my office, though I used my clubhouse for awhile after themotorcycle dlc came out. Haven't been in my apartment or the inside of my yacht in about 6 months.

I say most rich players who could afford it live in their offices now since they:

 

1. Have a garage that can hold up to 60 vehicles. Six times the amount of vehicles you can store in any apartment.

2. An assistant they can get food from

3. Can spawn any helicopters that they own from there

4. An optional mod shop where they can mod cars they purchase there and then

 

Pretty much anything they can ask for is provided by a CEO Office.

I lived there already, managing those pesky, tight corners is annoying.

 

Also, there's something special about 2044 North Conker Av. that the others stilt houses don't have:

 

The gate to the balcony is always opened, so you don't need to jump over any wall or over the house just to find the balcony.

 

Access to it is also good by car or helicopter, plus it has the longest driveway of all stilt houses so you don't create a mini traffic jam everytime you leave or enter the garage.
