ballas are guarding the pig pen

When I go there , there's two on roof with sniper another on the next building over with SMG and two more on roofs across the street, they are all armored and tactical, its becuase I got a property purchase mod for the pig pen. Is there any more mods like this where the gang that controls the territory takes position to protect a property or area?

No More Abandoned Area is a great mod if you want to make San Andreas feel alive. It makes gang members spawn in their respective territory and fills the empty places in map with gang members.
