*need help* Simeon mission bug

I'm trying to get gold on all missions but i can't because this bug makes me fail after the cut scene for the "Complications" mission.

"Mission failed Simeons deal was interrupted" right at simeons car shop. I dont even move and it fails right after the cut scene.

 

PC version on steam, MSI GTX 970, i7 4790k

 

EDIT: Fixed issue when i updated gfx drives, please delete.
