This dude has a similar setup to yours, and the video shows them running LSPDFR without a problem so you should be good on that front :)

Not ultra settings, but yes you can run it and have fun, definitely.

 

If you want to play at the best settings at high FPS, I recommend looking into building your own PC. It's not hard :)!
