Are you tired of GTA Online yet ?

Naaah.

If you're too burned out on the game, you take a break and play something else. At least that is what I do in order to keep things "fresh" for whenever i get back.

I am tired, however, of the community.

That's what I do all the time, and I am STILL burnt out by the game everytime I return to it.

 

The only things I could manage to get myself into is making Snapmatics and Rockstar Editor videos of weird little things, like skating the streets in a burnt bike or finding weird spots in the map that get you launched in the air if you hit them just right, but all of that is happening in Director Mode simply because of the fact that GTAO is a zombie to me.

 

No matter what I do, no matter what I try to pump into it to improve it by being nice to people and trying to make friends, it'll always be an infected bile-infested corpse to me. It'll always stink and be bad because Rockstar absolutely suck at managing it, and it's all due to them condoning cancerous destructive behavior and milking it for as much cash as possible.

 

You know what? I got a custom built PC now, and because of this, I can now play GTA V exactly how I want to and exactly how I envisioned it to be when the first trailer dropped, and I'll be able to enjoy all DLC content without ever having to deal with autistic 13 year olds who screech that it's not fair you got a kill on them. Hurrah.

That's every multiplayer game my friend. Toxicity is a plague not exclusive to GTAO. I've met some truly awesome folk by random encounters and even in these forums. The ratio of cool players vs sh*te players isn't great but that ratio is pretty much the same for every MP environment I've interacted with.

 

Lol even Rocket League is a cesspool for a good amount.

 

This game and online world is what? Four years in on a limited engine for sure, but I still play every time I have the time from real world responsibilities and still enjoy with old friends and the occasional new acquaintance.

Oh hey, don't take offense bud. Your founder even jokingly (or not but who am I to judge his identity!) refers himself as a beautiful hunter (it is pretty). Just saying y'all definitely dish out to your detractors just like those dish right back...which leads to threads getting derailed or negative unfortunately.

Label me if you wish. After a long time I finally got this forum figured out.

 

So far in this case the brats haven't got what they wanted. I agree with the logic and reason part.

 

I don't have a problem with my views towards GTAO.

 

Other may take issue and offer differing opinions.

I am tired of certain aspects of GTA Online.

Like why we don't get true actual DLC anymore, and now it's just things about racing and vehicle junk.

What happened to theme related DLC's? Like The Valentine's? Beach Bum? Heists? Etc..though, I still do enjoy the online game in general. Most of the content we get these days I could just fall asleep because of how repetitive it is.

It doesn't have my FULL attention, but it's most certainly a game I keep going back to when they add stuff to it. Was HUGE into it when it first launched, then kinda hit a lull and moved on to other games. Then Heists dropped and I got back into it heavily...but then the connectivity went to sh*t, and I stopped again. Then they added the VIP and Biker gang stuff, and got back into it a fair bit. Then they added the vehicle import/export stuff, and now I'm playing it more than BF1 (while i wait for the next BF1 DLC to drop)

I can't think of any other game that has withstood the test of time like this game. I've heard that Sims 4 is still killing it for EA, but I've never played it.

You are setting yourself up for disappointment if you think RDR2 will be released on time. Also, this is a forumn for GTAO, so not sure why you are talking about RDR2 here. What does that have to do with GTAO?

RDR2's Online component will draw the attention and playtime of a lot of people who post here. I'm certainly interested to see how the years of experience with GTAO are applied to a fresh game launch.

Because he's saying that he can manage playing GTAO for 4 months until RDR2 is out... You don't need to try and 'debunk' every single post in this thread just because you can't handle that some people don't bow down and worship R* like you do, by the way.
