Yup was at a crew meet lost all of coke wharehouse stock, did not want to disrupt the meet, messed up part was a crew lobby.

Wait... crew lobby? It's not the same as invite only but I get what you're trying to say in that it does happen outside of public lobbies. Maybe that's not the case with invite only lobbies though? Because I've gotten raided before in crew lobbies but never in invite only as far as I can recall

Guys, it happens everywhere except a solo session. This is why I never bought a business.

My friend got raided in a friend session and lost everything. So yeah. Classic R* making us lose our money because we don't play with other jackasses online.

Have a quick question on Torched--are Molotovs always provided? If so, where are they located? I looked in two different variants of Torched last night (near Vinewood and Sandy Shores), and didn't see them?

They're automatically deposited in your inventory as soon as the contract starts. When I'm unarmed and a crew member launches Torched, my character automatically whips out a Molotov

I picked up a Clubhouse but I am not sure if I want to get into any of the businesses. I really like the Route 68 Clubhouse - middle of the map and is in an old gas station.....plus a 6 car garage is right there for whenever I decide to buy some off-road vehicles.

edit: I recommend coke and meth businesses. Very close and convenient to the clubhouse and they make nice money from the best central location in the game. The long runs aren't that long. With friends selling full bars in a crew lobby you make bank.

I keep going back and forth on the meth and or coke business, TBH. The biggest drawback is the fact that I play solo. However, I highly doubt that I will wait for the businesses to reach full capacity before selling the goods. I don't fill up both of my CEO warehouses and have found a nice, easy way to make a solid chunk of money. The MC businesses look like a decent passive way to make some money after setup and look like a change to gameplay so I'll probably bite.

 

I recently came back to the game and am enjoying the I/E gameplay. There is so much to do in free-roam now.....of course I do not sell anything in a populated lobby, but I do run crates and source cars......there have been a couple of 'oh sh*t' moments but it has been fun.

I'm not a huge fan of the biker aspect of the game,11m and rising from contact missions x2. I think I'll end that on Sunday, as I hit global rank 1k.

Ouch. Those MC contracts have a pretty low payout for the amount of time they can take to complete. I'm wondering if they're worth it even at 2x.

Some are pretty low (Torched) with only 32k but others go up to as much as 69k (Guns For Hire)

 

 

That 32k on Torched can be done at or under 5 minutes. That's good $$ for time in.

 

Also:

- You cannot fail contracts from dying (and you don't run out of lives like in missions and heists)

- Everyone gets the same amount

- You can do the missions in invite/crew/private sessions

- Some of the contracts have indestructible missions vehicles (like Gunrunning), so light up those chumps with your Savage or Hydra, then drive to the cashish.

- FYI, the prisoners on the prison bus are dead-eyed beasts. Just drive to the spot, let them light up those coppers.

Love to do Torched with my armored V12 Schafter. Before they even manage to scratch my glass, they are lit and blown up.

I'll stick with giltch/shortcutting Fortified for money boosts during this event.

The biker activities just don't pay out enough to make it worth any grind.

 

Which reminds me, wishing VIP work would get 2x again.

Has vip work ever been double money? Ie headhunter etc?

Sorry if this has already been asked/answered, but do the discounts for biker businesses also apply to the business upgrades, or is it just the initial purchase price? I kind of want to buy the weed business just for the hell of it but not if the total discount is only going to be like $100k

So far so good in the double cash and rp with the biker contracts, they have been really fun to do. Better than contact missions where you have to wait at the loading screen. I have gained 8 million from it. It's really fun to do with crews and friends.

Oh and how does the refresh of the missions at the wall in the clubhouse works? Sometimes they have changed when I walk in and sometimes they're still the same...

I swear I'm not getting double money anymore from Biker contracts.

 

16k for one mission 27k for another, I was getting 45-52k yesterday

 

I thought it lasted until May 15

You can also do Gunrunning, Cracked and By the Pound alone. I read that loading into the Editor would be the way to go for resetting.
