But I think it's required to rob a store as part of GTAO's tutorial so it could present a problem for newcomers, as if the cancer community doesn't already do that.

Good grief, this next/last DLC must be ungodly expensive becaue they just gave us a good 2-3 week run on 2X Mission playment, now 2X on this bike club and I'm sure I/E will be 2X next.......they're letting people load up those bank accounts.

To be honest I much more prefer this string of 2x payouts rather than contact missions. Sure, contact missions can be fun, but the loading times, man.

 

That is, provided you have a friend or four to grind. Solo Club Contracts can be annoying when the wrong kinds of contracts show up.

The abundance of loading screens and linearity of contact missions gets stale real quick. With contracts it's so seamless and all in freeroam with no loading times

 

Also, pretty sure they pay out much higher than contact missions if you complete both normally. With contact missions the average I'd get with a team would be 30-40k. Nearly all the contracts with at least 4/5 players get you upwards of 40k, up to damn near 70k

 

You don't even have to wait out a timer to get that much either, the default payouts are actually higher than contact missions

Say what you will but rest mode to the death. I'm over $10m from 2x missions and still chugging. Plus I've nearly gotten to rank 1000 globally, 847 main. I'm not giving it up until this weekend.

i dont understand how R* can give %25 extra $$$ for ceo crates but only 2x $ contracts for bikers...

 

its not totally bad but cmon, wheres the big payouts for bikers? whats the point of offering them for sale but giving no real incentive to actually buy them?

 

i mean i already own all the buisness' so theres nothing there for people like me aside from the biker contracts

 

and theres no way in hell im gunna grind on contracts while im getting constantly dinged for buisness costs while they arent even making me extra cash -_- (oh the irony)

also not to mention being super vunerable to raids after said contracts are done, depending on where the contract ends, you could be in the ass end of the city just finishing up a contract, then next thing you know you gotta double back to the other side of the map because your buisness is getting raided

 

dont get me wrong, i like some of the biker contracts, some more than others, and will probably do a couple for sh*ts n gigs

but IMO R* coulda done ALOT better for discounts and double cash for bikers stuff, STARTING by giving the same type of % advantage that ceo's got for their warehouse's and not just leaving bikers in the dust so they can mindlessly grind contracts for hours on end, and for most new players, use that said money to invest in a buisness that, will ultimately leave their digital ears bleeding over LGT's nonstop bitching and not even being compensated properly like CEO's were with 25% extra $ ontop of office and warehouse sales

Let's put it like this, I bought a Clubhouse for my main character who hardly never uses motorcycles and made that money back in just over an hour Glad they gave the contracts x2 $GTA and RP. Just hoping, if we don't get any update next week, they'll move the x2 to VIP work... I genuinely will not sleep

Yep, they pay off really well. Get a friend or two and you can consistently make money without having to change sessions to reset the contracts. Also, make sure you assign a Road Captain so you can race back to clubhouse for a nice 10K to the winner. It's always extra cash.

Plus, clubhouse contract missions being in free roam let the businesses produce in the meantime. Contact missions don't.

If THAT'S your reason for not doing clubhouse contracts, welp.. just don't do it in public sessions then problem solved

 

Also, your businesses produce product regardless of what you're doing in Online, whether it be contact missions or contracts. You just have to be online that's all. If the game isn't producing product for you in some cases, there's clearly a problem

Yeah, businesses can be raided in IO sessions. Completely caught me off guard when the objective showed up.

^^ Hey, I'm a die-hard Buzzard fan, but the Annihilator serves a purpose--as REXX pointed out, useful for blasting the farmhouse NPCs in P.O.W. Just try not to hit the guy you're supposed to rescue. lol

 

Some of the Biker contract missions are decent fun--the prison bus hijack is good (hilarious with the convicts shooting out the bus), and I especially like the other P.O.W. variant (police station raid/rescue and escape):

 

 

Just wish all these interiors were open in free roam too!

Wait... crew lobby? It's not the same as invite only but I get what you're trying to say in that it does happen outside of public lobbies. Maybe that's not the case with invite only lobbies though? Because I've gotten raided before in crew lobbies but never in invite only as far as I can recall

I just like the Annilhator because it has 6 seats and 4 rotating miniguns. They aren't totally useless against other armed vehicles, it's just simply that they don't spot you yet, because those miniguns can take down a Buzzard in less than 2 seconds if all shots hit. I'd know, I've shotten down Buzzards with a Annilhator before.
