Is there a way to keep the bald head glitch permanently?

As the title states. I know how to glitch the bald head, but is there any way to keep it from going away? I have to perform the glitch every time I log in or every time I switch outfits....

 

Anyone know of a way to get around to keeping the glitch? Thanks in advance.

Try this:

 

Once you have done the bald glitch, start a mission and go to Ammunation. Apply an accessory via the interaction menu that won't affect the top of the head, such as a pair of glasses then save it as an outfit. Then apply that outfit and remove the glasses then re-save.

 

Alternatively, try saving without the glasses first.

It always happened to me loading out of heists, And I'd lose my tattoos too. But I haven't had either happen for a long time.

Unfortunately this method does not work anymore... tried it just 10 minutes ago. Is there another way to make it stick respectively to save it as an outfit?

That could be because the method posted about by Rexx was almost two years ago?
Rockstar do like to patch harmless, irrelevant stuff all the time.
