I didn't even notice until I was leaving the game. I was on rank 21 or 22, and I saw it was back down to 1.

 

Not sure why it happened to me because my rank was fairly low but I guess it's due to my character being a psycho so that made me a target.

 

I'm unable to contact Rockstar as i can't submit requests for some reason.

 

What can I do about it? Is there another way to contact Rockstar? This is out of order! :(

You're on PC (or possibly last gen), right? There's a new mod menu that can do this and drain your bank account. Stay clear of public sessions until Rockstar pulls their finger out. At least you weren't a super high level when it happened; it won't take long to get back to 21 with contact missions on 2xRP and cash.

I'm on PS3 and there is also a massive negative number of RP, it's not just down to 0 RP. Is this mod menu applicable to PS3?

Yeah, last gen (PS3 and Xbox 360) are in a worse state than PC as Rockstar have stopped supporting them (i.e. no game or security updates). If you can afford it I'd recommend a new start on PS4 before you put too much effort in...

You should be able to send a ticket if you click the link, if you're unable to sign-in then click the button:

Thank you! I'll try but what are the steps usually taken for sending a ticket? I researched my issue with this and it appears I'm not the only one who can't submit a request to rockstar. The only solution is to email R* but what are the chances of them replying?

Sending a ticket is just filling out the form (your info and the problem) and clicking submit.

 

Contacting Rockstar via other means (including email) usually gets the response of sending a ticket - it seems to be the only method of contact at the moment ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Same for me, when I am signed in nothing shows up there. Just continue without signing in, so far worked for me every time ;)

This worked for me! Thank you a lot buttt then i realised that for the issue i have, missing items, you need to sign in. should i just send the ticket under a different category?
