LaDiDa Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 (edited) They can't spawn at the same time (as in: it's not a possible scenario) and you still need to have free ID's to add things (though for just cars, peds and stuff you wont really run out of them). vizs Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 No, you can't add ids, but a lot of ids are unused which you can use to add stuffs (peds, vehicles, map objects, etc.).
